Her career spans luxury retail, global fashion, media, advertising, and advisory services, giving her a broad perspective on how organizations evolve — and how people drive that evolution.

As a Changeologist with The Trampoline Group, Marti leads human-centered change initiatives that help organizations move through complexity and emerge stronger. A significant part of her work focuses on coaching senior executives to elevate leadership effectiveness, strengthening skills in influence, driving results, building high-performing teams, and navigating conflict with clarity and confidence.

Previously, she held senior HR leadership roles at Calvin Klein (PVH Corp), MediaCom (WPP), and Saks Fifth Avenue, leading global initiatives in leadership development, executive coaching, organizational design, talent strategy, and culture transformation.
