Dawn Curlee is a seasoned high-performance executive coach with more than two decades of experience partnering with corporations, executives, and leadership teams. Her work spans organizations from innovative startups to Fortune 100 companies, helping leaders navigate complexity, elevate performance, and achieve sustainable results.

Dawn’s background in business and technology enables her to coach leaders from a position of firsthand experience and practical insight.

After earning a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, with an emphasis in Computer Science, from Stanford University, Dawn began her career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in Kansas City.

Over the next decade, Dawn specialized in the strategy and development of software applications for the telecommunications industry. She departed Andersen Consulting as an Associate Partner, recognized for her deep industry expertise and strong leadership capabilities.

As Senior Vice President of Global Technology Solutions at Level 3 Communications in Broomfield, Colorado, Dawn led the development of the Information Technology organization, growing it into a global team of more than 500 employees across three continents.

As a client of Woodstone Consulting while at Level 3, Dawn discovered her passion for—and aptitude in—developing leaders and building highly effective teams. She was subsequently invited to join the firm’s practice. In 2006, she went on to launch Verdure Corporation.

For more than two decades, Dawn has partnered with C-suite executives around the world on engagements ranging from executive team high performance and executive coaching to cultural transformation and leadership development initiatives. Her approach combines candid accountability with intuition and deep business acumen.
